Just talk to your home.
Advancetec is a Josh.ai dealer serving Cape Coral and Southwest Florida.
What Is Josh.ai?
Your whole home, from one app. Lights, locks, shades, music, and voice control — personalized from the start. This is Josh.ai, installed and set up by Advancetec Systems.
Speak the way you already speak. There are no rigid commands to memorize and no exact phrase to get right. Say it naturally, in your own words, and one sentence can change a whole room — the lights, the shades, the music and the mood, all at once.
What It Controls
Natural Voice Commands
Just say what you want, in the room you are in. Josh understands everyday wording, so you can ask, adjust and check the house without learning special phrases.
Lighting & Shades (Lutron)
Set the scene with light and shade. Dim for dinner, brighten for work, or let the shades follow the sun — all from one request.
Music Everywhere (Sonos)
Fill the house with sound, room by room or everywhere at once. Start, pause and change the music without hunting for a remote.
Video & Entertainment
Bring a movie or show up on the screen you want, with sound set for the room. One request can settle the house in for the evening.
Cameras & Access
Check the doors and cameras and lock up from one place. See who is at the door and make sure the house is secure before you leave or settle in.
Climate & Comfort
Keep each room comfortable without fiddling with settings. Adjust the temperature for the room you are in, or set the whole house for the day ahead.
Scenes & Routines
One phrase. The whole house.
Good Morning
Lights rise gently, shades open, the house warms to a comfortable temperature and your morning music starts.
I’m Home
The door unlocks as you arrive, lights come on, shades lift and a favorite playlist welcomes you home.
Goodnight
With one phrase, lights dim, shades close, doors lock and the house settles to a quiet, comfortable temperature.
Privacy
Your data is not sold and it is not used for advertising. Microphones can be muted when you want quiet, and control keeps working locally in the home.
